2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify Ever Trust Capital immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

2.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at info@evertrust-capital.com. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

3. Access and Use of the Services

3.1 Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Services. However, the Services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 System Requirements

The Services may require specific software or hardware to function properly. You are responsible for ensuring your devices meet these requirements.

3.3 Synchronization Timing

When updates to your access are made, there may be a delay of up to 1 hour for the changes to fully synchronize across all servers.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Disrupting or interfering with the Services or other users

4.2 Account Sharing

Sharing membership information from a subscription or sharing a course is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

5. Subscription Products & Course Access

Subscriptions:

• All subscription-based products (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) automatically renew according to the selected term. Renewal terms are displayed on the product details page.
• Price Changes: We may increase subscription prices within reason at least once per year and will notify subscribers in advance via email and on our website.

Course Products:

• Course purchases provide 8 months of unlimited access to the specific course materials.
• After 8 months, you may renew by purchasing the course again for another 8 months of access.

Important:

• No refunds or free trials for subscriptions or course purchases.
• Please address any questions before subscribing or purchasing a course.

Cancellations:

To avoid automatic renewal charges, cancel before your current term ends. Cancellations are handled through the subscriptions area in your account. Email requests for cancellation will not be accepted (legacy exceptions may apply as communicated).
